1. Salad in a jar - 10.00 per person

Most popular demo; participants are directed and educated on the benefits of raw plant based eating as they build their own salad.

 

2. Fresh fruit smoothies with seasonal fruit and vegetable combinations- 8.00 per person 

Flavors will be

mango lassi

mixed berry 

All combinations are sweetened with banana and raw panela sugar 

 

 

3. *2 hour cooking demo- 400.00/ 50 people; 7.00 for each extra person

pick 2 items; 50 samples are provided of two items of your choice. Participants are educated on nutrition and increasing plant based foods and whole food ingredients when preparing meals.

Black Bean and Quinoa Salad with whole grain tortilla chips

with bell peppers, cilantro, lime, and spices

 

Avocado and Chick Pea Salad with cucumbers, and/or peppers, lime, and spices 

with whole wheat tortilla and lettuce wraps

 

Marinated Portabella Sliders with arugula and garlic and lime dressing

 

Roasted Vegetable Tortillas with carrots, peppers, greens and spices. Served with avocado sauce.

 

Red Lentil Ragout (stew) with red lentils and root vegetables and kale
