*Cooking show will be a minimum of 2 hours depending on how many menu items are chosen.

 

2 hours = 2 menu items     $400.00*

3 hours = 3 menu items     $600.00*

4 hours = 4 menu items     $800.00*

• Introduction to nutritious foods/healthy menu with handouts and recipe explanation (25 min)

 

• Hands on cooking class or demonstration (time allotted depends on amount of menu items chosen)

 

• Question and answer and wrap up (15 min)
